I changed the name of the blog

I shortened it from "McIntosh Family News" to McNews. This way when you get an email because somebody posted something, the entire subject line of the email isn't eaten up by the name of the blog, and instead, leaves a little room for the title of the blog posting to show up in your mail browser as a subject line. Jeesh, that was a long sentence.

    Well, I'm sure glad you changed that -- McIntosh Foamily News, as it came through in the email. But why is it spelled wrong there but right in the actual blog? The mysteries of cyberspace...

    I agree with your main point. As for the length of your sentence, if it were auf Deutsch, it would've been practically just a clause or phrase! You ain't seen nothin till you've tried to read and parse a page-long sentence!
