Monday: Tuna, spinach, salad
Tuesday: Meatloaf, baked penne, roasted cauliflower, roasted beets with beet greens, salad, apple pie
Wednesday: Roast cod, mushroom risotto, roasted broccoli, salad, ice cream with brandied cherries
Tomorrow (scheduled): Penne al pesto, roasted asparagus, salad, desert TBD
And lots of wine.
Moral of the story:
Eat food, mostly plants, not too much.
